#antiaging

I first want to start out this blog stating that although I am not huge on the current movement to do makeup
contouring and all kinds of different things to change your appearance, I am huge on taking good care of
yourself and looking as good as you can according to your own, personal opinion.

If you are anything like me and in your 40+’s. Which I am only 40 but I am definitely seeing signs of aging
due to lack of personal care in my younger years and extensive sun exposure from living at the swimming
pool without sunscreen so many years ago. I do want to say that I feel like I have found a number of
products that work for me. I thoroughly enjoy facial exercises. my preference is the face yoga method.
I find that it gives me the quickest result.

But if I were to disregard all of that and just look at simple things that I could do daily it would be as
follows:

1. Moisturize
2. Hydrate
3. Take supplements
4. Get some physical activity that gets your breath going
5. Destress as much as possible
6. Make suggestions to your subconscious nightly

If we start out with the first line item, moisturize, I would say that almost any moisturizer works so long
as it works for your skin type. I am acne-prone so I have a tendency to use essential oils in conjunction
with shea butter. I love all-natural products! and when it comes to anti-aging I feel the more natural you
can be the better your body is going to assimilate those nutrients and serums.

Under the second line, to hydrate your body properly you do need to drink some water. But you don't
have to always drink just cold water. What I have learned from the face yoga method is that hot water
can, not only moisturize the skin, it also works as a detoxifier. Hot water seems to get rid of the oils and
toxins a whole lot better then cold water.  I also consider teas; such as green tea and cinnamon tea to
do wonders for my skin when it comes to staying hydrated and acne-free. I read in one of my books
somewhere that when you're considering hydrating your body, teas are included in what you would
consider your water portion for the day is. However, it is suggested when it comes to green tea that you
should not really exceed more than 4 cups per day. These are powerful and potent antioxidant that are
being put inside your body. It's best not to overdo it!

Line item number 3, take supplements! No anti-aging program is near as functional if you don't look at
what your body is consuming at the same time as what it is exposed to with the elements. When it
comes to a form of supplement, I actually get mine at the following link: https://bit.ly/2LS7l0t. Obviously,
you can choose those that work for you or that you have found are the best. However a word of caution,
multivitamins are not necessarily considered a supplement. Often times they are considered expensive
urine! Meaning most of the nutritional value comes out when you pee.

My number 4, get some breathing exercises in. Now, for women, I would have to say that there is such
a thing as too much cardiovascular exercise. Yoga would be a better option when it comes to getting
your breath activated and cleansing the lungs of any toxins that could be hanging out within your person.
You can still do cardio exercises, however if you start losing fat in your face you may want to slow that
down a bit. Subcutaneous fat definitely, definitely helps prevent the formation of wrinkles.

Number 5, destress!! Yoga Works for this as well. So you could very well consider that your go-to
activity when you've had a long day and you just need to reduce your stress level without wasting a ton
of time. Another thing that I would suggest is just deep breathing exercises and positive inner dialogue.
Say nice things to yourself! You are a beautiful person who is growing younger each and every day.

Finally number 6, reprogram your brain! Every night while lying in bed, doze off thinking about how
beautiful your skin will be once your body starts making the repairs it needs. Really feel it! This will really
help to activate your subconscious to work for you. Additionally, it will make you see positive changes in
the mirror. once you start to believe that you are healthy, young and vibrant you will start to feel that way
and look that way!

BONUS TIP!!! Watch your diet! Keep track of how many simple carbs, diuretics, milk products and
meat products that you consume. Substitute them with leafy greens and some fruits and watch the
hydration difference!
